Course summary:

In this course, you will learn effective training techniques and basic principles of adult learning in order to develop successful orientation and training programs.

Orientation to the organization and the job plays a critical role at the start of a new hire's experience with your organization. Creating an effective learning environment that respects the experiences your participants bring to the classroom is vital to starting out on the right foot. This course will help you to engage people from the very beginning with fun and effective training tools.

After completing this course, learners should be able to:
