Course Introduction

This course in the transition miniseries will focus on giving participants information about adult services and supports for individuals with disabilities.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
  • Understand Agencies' Roles and Resources.
  • Understand Adult Services and Supports.
