Course Introduction

This is the first of 7 courses in the Transition Miniseries. This array of training includes essential information and resources that provide support to educators, transition professionals, and families. This course is a brief introduction to the miniseries.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
  • Know the title of each course in the Transition Miniseries.
  • Complete a general information survey.
  • Understand the importance of transition planning.

Earn professional development credits (PGP hours) upon course completion. The course takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
