Course Introduction

Transition portfolios are a great device to help show a student’s strengths, preferences, abilities, and employability skills. Portfolios are especially important for students working toward earning an Alternative Diploma or a Certificate of Completion. This course in the Transition Miniseries will review the components that make up a quality transition portfolio.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
  • Know the components of a transition portfolio.
  • Know the usefulness of the transition portfolio .
