Full course description

Course Introduction

Kidtraks is the online invoicing system used by DCS to manage expense tracking and reimbursement for foster parents, contractors, and service providers. It’s where you will go to electronically submit invoices to DCS in order to receive reimbursement for essential caregiving expenses.

The Kidtraks system relies on you to input information completely and correctly. In this training, we’ll go over basic navigation and allow you to practice submitting invoices for per diem, personal allowances, and special events like birthdays and holidays.

This partnership is recognized nationally for its success and for its joint collaborative operation. Due to these efforts, Indiana is now seen as a model for the provision of public services that support children and families.
